The Coach

It’s a piece of advice we often offer — the right business coach can make all the difference. David was the right coach. In the beginning, we were true neophytes. He helped us put our house in order, enabling the development of processes and philosophies we still rely on today. On the strength of his advice, we’ve sidestepped barriers and avoided unnecessary mistakes. He helped us see our inventory as a living thing, capable of delivering some pretty powerful margins. He taught us how to strengthen our core values and make them the center of all our business decisions. But more than anything, he showed us how to be humble.
