Pro Athlete’s Core Values are the cornerstone of every decision and when we can find a vendor who helps bring them to life, we know we’re on to something. The folks at Servicemark Telecom took on the Pro Athlete project in the early 2000s to help us stay connected to our customers through the telephone. As customer service channels evolved from telephones to emails, to live chats, to SMS texts, the Servicemark team continued to provide technology that allowed Pro Athlete to stay ahead of the game. Ryan Maxwell and Bruce Gibbs spearheaded the Servicemark efforts and were always available at the drop of a hat to help us help our customers.
