Perk Profile: Winter Weather Program

The recent cold spell in Kansas City got us thinking about one of our best company perks for Winter.

When it’s -10 degrees and your car is covered in ice or snow, the last thing you want to do after a long day of massages, free lunch, haircuts, and working out is to get bundled up and scrape your windshield and get in a cold car.

A few years ago we implemented a process where employees could simply electronically request the ice and snow to be removed from their car and it to be warmed up for them. Once the employee inputs the request and desired time, it funnels to our hospitality team who completes the request.

This perk doesn’t get a lot of use, but it has been helpful to some people in the past. The last thing you want to do is chip a nail scraping your windshield after a manicure in the Pro Spa, right?!
